PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1309 2 3 4. 5 6 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR 136 ACRES ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF EL CAMINO REAL BETWEEN PARK DRIVE AND CHESTNUT AVENUE. CASE NO.: PUD-6 APPLICANT: DOUGLASS SOUTHWEST -CORP.
