PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1317
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
TIONS RELATIVE TO AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF CHAPTER
CASE NO.: ZCA-83 APPLICANT: CITY-INITIATED
SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDA-
21.29 (C-T) - COMMERCIAL TOURIST ZONE.

7 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carls

did adopt Resolution of Intention No. 134 declaring its

intention to conduct a public hearing to consider a Zone C
Amendment amending Title 21 of the Municipal Code by the \
10 addition of Chapter 21.29 (C-T) - Commercial Tourist Zone;
11 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hold a duly noti
12 Public Hearing on January 26, 1977, to consider the subjec
amendment; and
3.3 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission received all testimo

from those persons interested in and opposed to, if any, t
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did find the followi
16 facts and reasons to be present which in their opinion are
17 necessary to carry out the general purpose of Title 21 of

proposed Zone Code Amendment; and
