RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN. CASE NO.: GPA-43 (2) APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, as shown on the

attached map, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided
by Title 21 of the "Carlsbad Municipal Code;" and
WHEREAS, the pub1 ic hearing was held at the time and in the place spc
fied in the public notice on February 9, 1977; and
