RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR CHANGING CERTAIN CONFLICTING STREET NAMES IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD PURSUANT TO CITY COUNCIL POLICY STATEMENT NO. 20. CASE NO.: SNC- I. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD.

WHEREAS, in accordance with subject policy, a request to
change certain street names, as follows:
Priority Group 1-1: Change Candil Way to Bolero Street

Priority Group 1-3: Change Arpa Court to Botella Place
Priority Group 1-4: Change Cacatua Place to Cacatua Street (dl continuation of Cacatua Street)
Change Cacatua Court to Capazo Court

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissiol
of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
A) That the above recitations are true and correct;
B) That approval is granted for street name changes in Priority Groups Nos. 1-1, 1-3, 1-4 and 1-5, described herein.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City of Carlsbad Planning Commission held on February 23, 197
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Larson, L'Heureux, Jose, Nelson and Romboti s.
NOES: None.
