PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1341
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR CHANGING CERTAIN CONFLICTING STREET NAMES IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD PURSUANT TO CITY COUNCIL POLICY STATEMENT NO. 20. CASE NO.: SNC-I I APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD

WHEREAS, in accordance with subject policy, a request to
change certain street names, as follows:
Los Pinos Drive to Los Pinos Circle
Unicornio Place to Onda P1 ace
Unicornio Court to Vianda Court
Uni corni o Way to Vispera P1 ace
A1 i sma Street to Cazadero Drive and Ab1 ano Road
Mimosa Lane to Rocoso Lane
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said request constitutes a legal request as
provided by City Council Policy Statement No. 20; and
WHEREAS, the public hearing to consider the subject stre
name change was held at the time and in the place specified
in the public notice on March 9, 1977; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, the Planning Commissior
heard and considered the testimony and arguments, if any,
of all persons who desired to be heard regarding the subject
street name change request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissic
of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
A) That the above recitations are true and correct;
B) That approval is granted for street name changes described herein.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of thl
City of Carlsbad Planning Commission held on March 9, 1977,
by the following vote, to wit:
