PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1343
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP FOR LAND DIVISION
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ALMADEN LANE BETWEEN
ZAMORA WAY AND PAMPLONA WAY.

4, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to map thereof No. 5781 filed in the office of County Recorder of San Diego County, September 14, 1966. Assessor's Book 215, Page 231, Parcel 16; Book 215, Page 231, Parcel 15 and Book

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a reque
as provided by the "Carlsbad Municipal Code;" and
WHEREAS, the public hearing to consider the subject re

The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is cor sistent with the General Plan because:
a) The project will provide orderly residential developmen- and
b) The project will not cause excessive expansion of publit
facilities and/or expense to the taxpayer; and
The site is physically suitable for the type of development because :
a) The proposed development will not affect any unusual topographic or geologic features on the site;
b) The site has been rough graded;
c) No significant vegetation exists on the site.
The site is physically suitable for the proposed density o-
development because:
a) Proposed dwelling units per acre do not exceed the all maximum.
b) There are no significant physical features on the site would hinder development as planned.
The design of the subdivision or the imposed improvements not likely to cause substantial environmental damage or s1:
stantially and unavoidably injure fish or wildlife or thei
habitat because:
a) A Negative Declaration has been issued for the proposc
development.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commiss
City of Carlsbad as follows:
That the above recitations are true and correct.
That in view of the findings heretofore made and consider
the applicable law, the decision of the Planning Commissi
