RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARSLBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR
CHANGING CONFLICTING STREET NAMES IN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD PURSUANT TO CITY COUNCIL POLICY STATEMENT
NO. 20.

f3 /I WHEREAS, in accordance with subject policy, a request .

Sevilla Way (La Costa) to Sacada Circle
Sandra Place to Carol Place
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said request constitutes a legal request as
provided by City Council Policy Statement No. 20; and
WHEREAS, the public hearing to consider the subject st:
name change was held at the time and in the place specified
in the public notice on March 23, 1977; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, the Planning Commissic
l8 11 heard and considered the testimony and arguments, if any,
I' 11 of all persons who desired to be heard regarding the subject

street name change request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commiss
22 11 of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
23 /I A) That the above recitations are true and correct;
24 B) That the Council determines it to be in the public intere
25 to accomplish the name change but on a delayed basis to a an adjustment period.
26 C) That approval is granted for street name changes describe
27 herein, said change to be effective in 90 days.
