CASE NO. : CT 77-6 APPLICANT : R. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density development because: a) Proposed dwelling units per acre do not exceed the allowable maximum. b) There are no significant physical features on the sit that would hinder development as planned. The design of the subdivision or the imposed improvement: not likely to cause substantial environmental damage or E stantially and unavoidably injure fish or wildlife or thc habitat because: a) A Negative Declaration has been issued for the propo: development. CONFLICTING STREET NAMES IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD PURSUANT TO CITY COUNCIL APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CITY OF ~ARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING Porxy STATEMENT NO. 20. (SNC-IV) . WEREAS, the Planning Commission by the adoption of Resolution No. 1335 recommended to change certain street nam as provided by City Council Policy No. 20; and WHEREAS, public hearings to consider the subject street name changes were held at the time and in the place specifie in the public notice on April 13, 1977; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it to be in th public interest to change the street names; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of t City of Carlsbad as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That approval is granted after 90 days from date of adoption for street name changes as follows: Birch Avenue to Tamarack Avenue. Chestnut Avenue (extension east of Sierra Morena) to Richmond Avenue.
