RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CON- CERNING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPPENT FOR A 12 LOT 11 DWELLING UNIT DEVELOPMENT LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHESTNUT BETWEEN HIGHLAND AND ADAMS. CASE NO. : PUD- 10

WHEREAS, a verified application for a certain property

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commiss

A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
B) That in view of the findings heretofore made and consider
