CITY OF CAFUSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CONCERNING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE OPERATION
OF AN OLD-FASHIONED CIRCUS UNDER THE BIG' TOP
AT PLAZA CAMINO REAL SHOPPING CENTER FROM
MAY 16 THROUGH MAY 18, 1977, INCLUSIVE.

3) The requested use is not detrimental to existing uses or
uses permitted in the zone in which the requested use is
to be located because:
a) The requested use is a logical extension of the exis-
ting regional commercial use of the proposed site.
4) The site for the intended use is adequate in size and sha]
to accommodate the use because:
a) The site is paved, has adequate access from adjoining streets and adequate parking areas.
5) All features necessary to adjust the requested use to exir
ting uses in the neighborhood will-be provided and mainta.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission

A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
B) That in view of the findings heretofore made and consider
the applicable law, the decision of the Planning Commissi is to approve a Conditional Use Permit for Circus Vargas
(CUP-l20(A)), subject to the following conditions:
1) The approval is granted for the land described in the
application and any attachments thereto, and as shown on
plot plan submitted and labeled Exhibit A, dated April 11
1977. The location of all structures, roadways, parking
and other features shall be located substantially as show
the plot plan labeled Exhibit A, except or unless indicat
otherewise herein.
2) Approval is granted for the days May 16-18, 1977, inclusj
for shows beginning at 4:30 and 8:OO P.M.
