RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH CITY INITIATED
ZONE CHANGES FROM R-A-10,000 AND R-1-10,OOO TO L-C
(LIMITED CONTROL) AND E-A (EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE)
ON 10 PARCELS IN THE VICINITY OF PALOMAR AIRPORT
ROAD AND INTERSTATE 5 TO CONFORM TO THE GENERAL PLAN
CASE NO.: ZC-191
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD
LAND USE DESIGNATION OF NON-RESIDENTIAL RESERVE (NRR).
WHEREAS, a verified application for a certain property

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a reque ''11 as provided by Title 21 of the "Carlsbad Municipal Code"; and

a) The Land Use Plan Map designates the subject parcels 25
