RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR
CHANGING A CONFLICTING STREET NAMEi IN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD PURSUANT TO CITY COUNCIL POLICY STATEMENT
NO. 20.
CASE NO. : SNC 111-2
APPLICANT : CITY OF CARLSBAD
6 I/ WHEREAS, in accordance with subject policy, a request 4
7 I/ change a certain street name, as follows:

Sevilla Way (La Costa) to Sacada Circle
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
XI. II WHEREAS, said request constitutes a legal request as
l21/ provided by City Council Policy Statement No. 20; and
13 II WHEWAS, the public hearing to consider the subject st
141i name change was held at the time and in the place specified

in the public notice on May 25, 1977; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, the Planning Commissj

2o I1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commis:
