PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1371
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR
CHANGING A CONFLICTING STREET NAME IN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD PURSUANT TO CITY COUNCIL POLICY STATEMENT
NO. 20.
CASE NO. : SNC VI
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD
WHEREAS, in accordance with subject policy, a request t
change a certain street name, as follows:
Velero Court to Pueblo Street
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said request constitutes a legal request as
provided by City Council Policy Statement No. 20; and
WHEREAS, the public hearing to consider the subject st
name change was held at the time and in the place specified
in the public notice on May 25, 1977; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, the Planning Commissi

lheard and considered the testimony and arguments, if any,
~ of all persons who desired to be heard regarding the subject

street name change request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commis!

A) That the above recitations are true and correct;
B) That approval is granted for a street name change as fol

C) That the Council determines it to be in the public inter
