HomeMy WebLinkAbout1977-08-24; Planning Commission; Resolution 1395I1 0 e 1 2 3 4 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1395 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, MAKING A FINDING OF GENERAL PLAN CONSISTENCY FOR THE TRANSFER OF LAND TO BE USED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO.: PCD-4 5 11 61/ WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has announced its intentiol 7//purchase certain real property; and 8 9 effective jurisdiction to make a finding of General Plan con- WHEREAS, the State Law requires the Planning Commission c '' sistency for any such transfer of lands; and 11/1 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered said request . .. l2l1their meeting of August 24, 1977. 13!/ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissior I* the City of Carlsbad as follows: 15 16 17 18 A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
