RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A TRACT MAP TO PROVIDE FOR 15 CONDOMINIUM UNITS ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF JUNIPER BETWEEN GARFIELD AND THE AT&SF RAILROAD. CASE NO.: CT 77-13 APPLICANT: HARRY FRIES
