A. 0 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 PUNNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1415 RESOLUTION OF THE PUNNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO. 2, TO DEVELOP WITHIN THE AGUA HEDIONDA FLOOD PLAIN ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF EL GAMIN0 REAL BETWEEN KELLY DRIVE AND HIDDEN VALLEY ROAD.
