CASE NO: V-281 AF’PLICANT : GRAPHIC SOLUTIONS WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: Lot 13 of Carlsbad Tract No. 73-49, CC&F Palomar Airport Business Park -- Unit No. 1 in the City of Carlsbad in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof 8054 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on December 31, 1974 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 12th day of July, 1978, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consid the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desir to be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating 7 the Variance (V-281), and found the following facts and reas01 to exist: 28 +* '5 . 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 w 0 Applicant has not demonstrated sufficient requirements necessary for the granting of a variance. The subject variance demonstrates no special circumstan applicable to property, including size, shape, topography, location or surroundings. Applicant has not been deprived of privileges enjoyed b! other property in the vicinity and under identical zoning classification. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissic of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A) That the above recitations are true and correct. B) That in view of the findings heretofore made and considering the applicable use, the decision of the Planning Commission is to DENY Variance (V-281). PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City of Carlsbad Planning Commission held on July 26, 1978, b the following vote, to wit: AYES: 4 NOES: None ABSTAIN: Commissioner Jose ABSENT : Commissioner Rombotis ATTEST:
