RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD ADOPTING A PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR THE
VILLAGE AREA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT #1.
WHEREAS, Section 33322 of the Health and Safety Code of
State of California requires that that Planning Commission
~ /I shall formulate a preliminary plan for the redevelopment of 8 /I each selected project area, and 9
10 !I WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has selected a project
11 !i area known as Village Area Redevelopment Project #l.

13 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission
the City of Carlsbad that the document attached hereto and
incorporated herein as though fully set forth is adopted as

l6 I1 the Village Area Redevelopment Project #1 Preliminary Plan.

for use in preparing and approving a final Redevelopment Plar 19
is hereby submitted to the City of Carlsbad Redevelopment Age 18
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said document

21 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission
the City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held c
August 9, 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
