RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TEE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1-10,000 TO PUBLIC UTILITY (P.U.)

Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 27 -th day of

21 ll WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consid
