RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD APPROVING A VARIANCE TO ALLOW ENCROACH-
MENT OF PARKING AND CARPORTS INTO THE FRONT YARD AND
SIDE YARD SETBACKS.
CASE NO. : V-285

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by the following vote
APPROVED V-285 with the following conditions:
