RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO
OPERATE AND EXPAND AN EXISTING AUTOMOBILE SERVICE STATION BUILDING IN A C-1 ZONE.

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 11th day of
October, 1978, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescrik
by law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consid
