CASE NO. : CUP-157 APPLICANT: Shell Oil FIHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to That portion of Tract 115 of the town of Carlsbad, in California, according to map thereof No. 775, filed County, February 15, 1894 9 the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of 10 11 in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 has been f?led with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 11th day of October, 1978, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescrik by law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consid the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desir to be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating the Conditional Use Permit, and found the following facts and reasons to exist: 24 25 26 1.
