RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD SETTING FORTH ITS FINDING THAT APPLICANT'S SUBMITTED PLANS, LABELED EXHIBIT A AND EXHIBIT B, DATED JUNE 28, 1978, ARE IN
CONFORMANCE WITH SPECIFIC PLAN 19 (CAR COUNTRY)
