All vehicular access is from Pi0 Pic0 Drive. No vehiculal access will be allowed from residential streets. 2. The building is oriented to Pi0 Pic0 Drive. 3. A six foot masonry wall will separate the office use from the adjoining residential zone district. Final approval of the subject site development plan shall be granted until Zone Change 201., for the subject property, i! in effect. 6. An adjustment plat will be completed establishing a legal over the site as shown on Exhibit A, dated February 14, 1979, prior to issuance of building permits. Any lot resulting fror said adjustment shall conform to the requirements of the Carl! Municipal Code. 7. Applicant will install a city standard street light at the northeast corner of Pi0 Pic0 Drive and Stratford Lane to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, prior to occupancy. 8. Prior to application for any developmental permit, the applicant shall obtain approval for a septic tank installatior report from the County Department of Public Health, or approp~ sewer allocation, to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. 9. All vehicular access to the subject lots to be zoned R-P-( shall have access from Pi0 Pic0 Drive only. 10.
