RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDING THAT APPLICANT'S
SUBMITTED PLANS, LABELED EXHIBIT A, EXHIBIT B, AND
EXHIBIT C, DATED 2/14/79, ARE IN CONFORMANCE WITH
SPECIFIC PLAN 19 (CAR COUNTRY).

APPLICANT: STANLEY DODGE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, did,
on the 18th day of January, 1972, adopt Ordinance No. 9288
adopting specific plan for 50 acres of land located east of
interstate 5 between Palomar Airport Road and Cannon Road, tc
wit:
That portion of Lot H of Rancho Aqua Hedionda in
the City of Carlsbad, California, County,of San
Diego, according to Partition Map thereof No.
823, filed in the office of the County Recorder
of said San Diego County; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 4 of subject specific plan states
that City staff shall participate in the overall design of tl

WHEREAS, in conformance with the conditions as set forth
above, a verified Plot Plan, dated February 14, 1979, a veri:
