CASE NO. : PCF-16 APPLICANT: STANLEY DODGE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, did, on the 18th day of January, 1972, adopt Ordinance No. 9288 adopting specific plan for 50 acres of land located east of interstate 5 between Palomar Airport Road and Cannon Road, tc wit: That portion of Lot H of Rancho Aqua Hedionda in the City of Carlsbad, California, County,of San Diego, according to Partition Map thereof No. 823, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County; and WHEREAS, Condition No. 4 of subject specific plan states that City staff shall participate in the overall design of tl 50 acre automobile center; and WHEREAS, in conformance with the conditions as set forth above, a verified Plot Plan, dated February 14, 1979, a veri: Elevation Plan, dated February 14, 1979, and a verified Land: Plan, dated February 14, 1979, were submitted by applicant to the City of Carlsbad for review and finding; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 14th day of February, 1979, consider the submitted plans of the applican. and upon such review and consideration found that applicant': ~ Exhibits A, B and C were in conformance with Specific 16, wi I following observations: 1.
