PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1499
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A VARIANCE
ALLOWING REDUCTION IN REQUIRED SIDE YARD ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5401 LOS ROBLES DRIVE.

Lot 138 of Terramar Unit No. 5, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to
Map thereof No. 3371, filed in the office of the County
Recozder of San Diego County.

has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
