RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING MINOR SUBDIVISION 392 FOR
A PANHANDLE LOT.

WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has determined the Minor
Subdivision 392 to be consistent with the City of Carlsbad's
