PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1516
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDING
THAT APPLICANT MAY ERECT AN EIGHT FOOT FENCE IN
AN R-P ZONE, AS 'REQUIRED IN SECTION 21.46.130.
