RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A CONDOIfINIW
PROJECT PARTIALLY WITHIN THE FLOOD PLAIN OVERLAY
ZONE, LOCATED IN THE LA COSTA AREA ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF COSTA DEL MAR ROAD, JUST EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL.

2. The granting of this Speical Use Permit does not guarante approval of a Condominium Permit or other entitlements necessary to develop the property.
