RESOLUTION OF TIIE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CUP-l24(A)-l FOR THE MODIFICATION OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
(CUP-124(A)) FOR A MONTESSORI SCHOOL, TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF THE SCHOOL BUILDING FIVE FEET FROM
A SIDE LOT LINE ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT
740 PINE AVENUE, CARLSBAD.
CASE NO. : CUP-124 (A) -1
APPLICANT: JEFF CRISMAN, MONTESSORI SCHOOL
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the (
of Carlsbad, California, and referred to the Planning Commiss:
and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Codt
the Planning Commission did, on the 11th day of July, 1979, ht
duly noticed public hearing to consider said application on p:

Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 47 of Carlsbad according
to the Map thereof No. 635, filed in the office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, May 2, 1888.
WHEREAS, the subject application has complied with the
requirements of the City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection
Ordinance of 1972 and the State Environmental Quality Act in
An Environmental Impact Assessment of the project (CUP-l24(A)
conducted by the Planning Department, and a Declaration of No:
significant Impact was issued for the following reasons:
