II 0 a 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 I1 28 ~ I PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1543 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PHASE I OF A SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A 3600 SQUARE FOOT MEDICAL-DENTAL AND GENERAL OFFICE COMPLEX AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PI0 PIC0 DRIVE AND LAS FLORES DRIVE. CASE NO. : SDP 79-3 APPLICANT: Breitbarth WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Cod the Planning Commission did, on the 8th day of August, 1979, consider said application on property described as: A portion of Lot 4 in section 31, township 11 South, City of Carlsbad, according to U.S. General Survey approved December 27, 1870. WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has determined that the SI 79-3 will not have a significant impact on the environment, i ~ is in full compliance with the City of Carlsbad Environmenta: I 1 Protection Ordinance of 1972, and the State E.I.R. Guideline: that a negative declaration has been issued for the followinc reasons : 1.
