PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1543
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PHASE I OF A
SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A 3600 SQUARE FOOT
MEDICAL-DENTAL AND GENERAL OFFICE COMPLEX AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PI0 PIC0 DRIVE AND LAS FLORES
DRIVE.
CASE NO. : SDP 79-3 APPLICANT: Breitbarth
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the
of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Cod
