PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1550
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A 6'2" FENCE AS REQUIRED IN SECTION 12.48.130 OF
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE, ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CADENCIA BETWEEN RANCHO
SANTA FE AND ESFERA.

8 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad's Planning Department

Ronald Robinson requesting approval of a building permit for i 10
received a written communication, dated August 27, 1979, from

23 2. The two inches are added by a cap which will be used to
24 finish the fence.
