RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
CERTIFY THAT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NUMBER
567, FOR THE VILLAGE AREA REDEVELOPMENT PLAN, MEETS THE INTENTS AND PURPOSES OF THE CALIFOR- NIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT AND THE STATE
EIR GUIDELINES.

LO WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal

recommends that the City Council certify EIR 567, together
with all appropriate documents attached thereto.
