PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1568
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FINDING GENERAL
PLAN CONSISTENCY FOR TWO PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, the City of Carl sbad has officially adopted a General Plal
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 65401 requires that all public prc
recommended for planning, initiation, or construction during the ensuinc
fiscal year be reviewed for conformity to the General Plan; and
WHEREAS, on April 19, 1977, the City Council resolved that the Pla
Commission will review Public Works projects for conformi ty to the Gene
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the C
