RESOLUTION NO. 7 569
RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION REPORTING ON THE CARLSBAD VILLAGE
AREA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT PLAN AND RECOM-
MENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL AND REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY APPROVE AND ADOPT SAID PLAN
I WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33346 of the California

concerning the Redevelopment Plan and its conformity to the 9
