APPLICANT : H. FRIES CASE NO: CT 79-2O/CP-23 (A) WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit: Lot 1 of La Costa Greens, in the County of San Diego, according to Flap thereof No. 6708, filed in the Office of the County Recorder for San Diego County, August 18, 1979 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, based on an initial study of the project, inclu a field investigation of the site, the Planning Director has found that the project will not result in any significant environmental impacts and, therefore, has issued a Negative Declaration, Log No. 653, on March 4, 1980. WKEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 26th day of March, 1980, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request: and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consid all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring Se heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to the Tentative Tract Map and Con6.ominium Permit; and //// .. e e I.
