A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING CONMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR A DRIVE-THRU BANKING FACILITY ON
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF DOVE LANE AND EL CAMINO REAL.

Conditions:
1) Approval is granted for CUP-177 as shown on Exhibits A,
C dated 2/11/80 to CUP-177/SDP-77-1(C), incorporated by reference and on file in the Planning Department. Devel
ment shall occur substantially as shown on the plans unl
otherwise noted in these conditions.
2) All Conditions of Approval of Resolution No. 1627 for SD
77-1(C) are applicable to this CUP and shall be strictly
adhered to.
3) This Conditional Use Permit shall be subject to review k

this application will not be consistent with the General Plan and approval for this project shall be void. This is required for all future development of this property which a building permit has not been issued.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held
the 23rd of April, 1980, by the following vote, to wit:
