A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN CHANGING THE LAND USE
TO TS (TRAVEL SERVICES COMMERCIAL) ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
PASEO DEL NORTE AND PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD. APPLICANT: ECKE CASE NO: GPA-5O(B)

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, gen

located on the northwest corner of Paseo Del Norte and Palomar
Airport Road, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and ref
to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
provided in Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 19th day of
