A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOM- MENDING DENIAL OF A 5 UNIT CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
ON THE WEST SIDE OF MADISON AVENUE. APPLICANT: MAHIN AND CRISMAN

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to

Lots 25 and 26 in block 41 of the Town of Carlsbad,
in the City of Carlsbad according to map thereof
No. 535, filed in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County, May 2, 1888.
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 25th day of
