PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1667
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SITE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A 350 UNIT RESIDENTIAL
PROJECT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF ALGA ROAD EXTENDED, BETWEEN EL
FUERTE AVENUE AND MELROSE AVENUE EXTENDED.
APPLICANT: ANDEN GROUP CASE NO: SDP 80-7
7 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the C
8 of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; and
9 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
10 provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
11 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code

considered said request on property described as: 13

d) The Planning Commission has, by inclusion of an appropriate condition, insured that the project will
be approved unless the City Council finds that sewel
