HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-07-09; Planning Commission; Resolution 1667- il 1 2 3 4 5 6 m e PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1667 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A 350 UNIT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ALGA ROAD EXTENDED, BETWEEN EL FUERTE AVENUE AND MELROSE AVENUE EXTENDED. APPLICANT: ANDEN GROUP CASE NO: SDP 80-7 7 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the C 8 of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; and 9 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request 10 provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 11 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code 12 considered said request on property described as: 13 the Planning Commission did, on the 9th day of July, 1980, 14 15 A parcel of land being a portion on the south half of Section 19, Township 12 South, Range 3 West, County of San Diego, State of California. 16 1 Development Plan No. 80-7. l9 heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to Sit< 18 testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be 17 WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering a1 20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning 21 22 Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: B) That based on the evidence presented at the hearing, the 23 A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
