A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A VARIANCE
TO ALLOW A REDUCTION OF THE FRONT YARD SETBACK TO
TEN FEET GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF GARFIELD STREET AND YAPLE AVENUE IN THE R-3 ZONE.
