APPLICANT: PELICAN PROPERTIES ' GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WALNUT CASE NO: CT 77-5(A)/CP-98 I 7 j/ WHEREAS , a verified application for certain property to, 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 I Tract 220 and 224 of Thum Lands, in the City of Carlsbad, State of California, according to map thereof No. 1681, filed in the office of County Recorder of San Diego County, December 9, 1915. has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 9th day of J 1980, hold a duly noticed hearing and a continued public heari the 27th day of August, 1980, as prescribed by law to considel request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and conside all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring t (Iheard, said Commission considered all factors relating to the 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 Tentative Tract Map and Condominium Permit.
