APPLICANT: JORDAN CASE NO: MS-402 7 // WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to, F 8 I/ Lot 13 of Block G of Map 2152, Bellavista 9 ll has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the 1 10 /I ning Commission; and I1 ll WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as providc 12 I/ Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 13 I!
