A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CON-
DITIONAL USE PEFNIT TO OPERATE A PRIVATE CHRIS-
TIAN JUNIOR & SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL AT THE CARLSBAD
UNION CHURCH FACILITIES ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PINE AVENUE,
BETWEEN HARDING STREET AND JEFFERSON STREET IN
THE R-3 ZONE.

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the C
of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad J!lunicipal Code, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code
the Planning Commission did, on the 27th day of August, 1980,
a duly noticed to consider said application on property descri
as:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29,
31, 32, and 33 of Block 58 of town of Carlsbad amended,
filed in Map 775, Book 365, Page 535 of Records of the
County of San Diego.
