PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1695
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION OF A 10' FENCE TO SURROUND A TENNIS COURT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ACUNA COURT EAST
OF EL FUERTE STREET.
APPLICANT: MOREY

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to
wit:
Lot No. 94 - La Costa Estates North, in the City of Carl
County of San Diego, State of California.
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 10th day of
September, 1980, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescr
by law to consfder said request; and
WHE'REAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consid
all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring
the Planning Commission Determination; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning
Conmission as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public heari the Commission recommends"APPR0VAL of PCD-24, based on t

2) The applicant shall obtain a building permit prior to a
construction.
3) The applicant shall submit a landscape plan, for visual
screening of the fence, to the Planning Director for hi
approval prior to issuance of any building permits.
4) Night lighting shall be allowed provided that all light
be shielded from adjacent residential properties. Prio
to any use of night lighting, the applicant shall submi
plans for shielding the lighting to the Planning Depart
for approval by the Planning Director. No night lighti
shall be permitted after the hour of 1O:OO P.M.
