A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A ZONE
LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND EL CAMINO REAL. APPLICANT: COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO,
'CASE NO: ZC-208

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, 1
wit:
That portion of Palomar Airport lying within Lot "G"
of Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad, in
the County of San Diego, State of California, accordinj to map thereof No. 823, filed in the County of San Diel
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to tl
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request ad pro'
by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 24th day 0:

A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
