' A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SITE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 80-5, FOR A PROFESSIONAL
OFFICE BUILDING ON PROPERTY GENERALLY AVENUE
AND PI0 PIC0 DRIVE.

I , WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the
City of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; a
