HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-11-26; Planning Commission; Resolution 1724, .z . -* Il 0 a 1 PLANNING COMMISSION FU3S'OLUTION NO. 1724 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT, AMENDING TITLE 21, CHAPTER 21-47, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE (CONDOMINIUMS AND CONDOMINIUM CONVERSIONS) BY MODIFYING SECTION 21.47.160(2) TO EXTEND THE TIME PERIOD FOR TENANTS IN A PROPOSED CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION PROJECT TO HAVE AN EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO PURCHASE AND BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 21.47.170 TO REQUIRE FINANCIAL RELOCATION ASSISTANCE FOR DISPLACED TENANTS. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD .CASE NO:' ' 'ZCA-127 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 2.6th day of November, 1980, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescrik by law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considc all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring 1 be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to 1 Zone Code Amendment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Conmission as follows: A) That the above recitations are true and correct, B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearil the Commission recommends APP'ROVAL of ZCA-127, according Exhibit "A", dated November 12, 1980, attached hereto anc a part hereof, based on the following findings: . ..
