APPLICANT: HOEHN MOTORS CASE NO: PCD-26 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to Lot 19 of Carlsbad Tract No. 72-3, according to map the: No. 7492, filed in the Office of the County Recorder, November 30, 1972 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a reques. provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 10th day o!
