APPLICANT: HOEHN MOTORS CASE NO: PCD-26 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to Lot 19 of Carlsbad Tract No. 72-3, according to map the: No. 7492, filed in the Office of the County Recorder, November 30, 1972 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a reques. provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 10th day o! If said fee is not paid as promised, this application will not be consistent with the General Plan and approval for this project shall be void.
