A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOPDENDING
APPROVAL FOR AN 11 UNIT CONDOMINIUM PERMIT AND TENTATIVE TRACT MAP ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SANTA ISABEL STREET. APPLICANT: HEATON CASE NO: CT 80-42/CP-136

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to

Lot 408 of La Costa Meadows No. 2 in the City of Carlsbi
according to map thereof No. 6905 filed in the Office of the County Recorder April 12, 1971

has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to thc

12 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a requesl

5) This project will not cause any significant environmenta impacts, and a Negative Declaration has been issued by t Planning Director on November 19, 1980, and approved by Planning Commission on December 17, 1980.
Conditions
General Conditions
1) Approval is granted for CT 80-42/CP-136, as shown on
Exhibits "A" - "G" dated November 6, 1980, incorporated
by reference and on file in the Planning Department.
Development shall occur substantially as shown unless otherwise noted in these conditions.
2) This project is approved upon the express condition that final map shall not be approved unless the City Council as of the time of such approval that sewer service is
available to serve the subdivision.
3) This project is approved upon the express condition that building permits will not be issued for development of t

final condominium site plan incorporating the conditions
contained herein. Said site plan shall be submitted to
approved by the Planning Director prior to the issuance
building permits.
6) The applicant shall prepare a detailed landscape and
irrigation plan which shall be submitted to and approved
by the Planning Director prior to final map approval.
7) The applicant shall establish a homeowner's association
corresponding covenants, conditions and restrictions. S
CC&R'S shall be submitted to and approved by the Plannin
Department prior to final map approval.
