A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTAIN AMENDNENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CARLSBAD SPHERE
OF INFLUENCE
WHEREAS, verified applications for amendments to the Gem
